Effective Date: August, 2026
Applicable Terms
PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS (THE “TERMS”) CAREFULLY BEFORE USING THIS WEBSITE.
These Terms and Conditions form a legal agreement between you and Workers Comp Nation (“Workers Comp Nation,” “we,” “us,” “our,” or the “Firm”). These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, govern your access to and use of this website and the services and information made available through it (collectively, the “Site”).
By accessing or using this Site, submitting information through the Site, or otherwise interacting with Workers Comp Nation through the Site, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you are not authorized to use this Site and should discontinue use.
Please note that these Terms may contain provisions governing the resolution of disputes between you and Workers Comp Nation, including an arbitration agreement, class action waiver, and jury trial waiver that may affect your legal rights. Please review the Dispute Resolution section carefully.
Legal Services
Workers Comp Nation is a group of attorneys providing legal services to individuals in connection with workers’ compensation claims and related matters.
The Site is intended to provide general information about Workers Comp Nation, workers’ compensation matters, and the legal services we may provide. The Site also allows prospective clients to contact Workers Comp Nation and provide information for the purpose of requesting a consultation or potential case evaluation.
Workers Comp Nation may provide legal representation to eligible clients concerning workers’ compensation claims, including matters involving workplace injuries, workers’ compensation benefits, denied or disputed claims, medical treatment, lost wages, disability benefits, settlements, hearings, appeals, and other matters arising under applicable workers’ compensation laws.
The availability and scope of legal services depend on the facts and circumstances of each matter, applicable law, attorney availability, conflicts of interest, jurisdiction, and Workers Comp Nation’s decision to accept representation.
Nothing on this Site guarantees that Workers Comp Nation will accept your case or provide legal representation to you.
No Attorney-Client Relationship Created by Website Use
Your use of this Site, including viewing information on the Site, submitting a contact form, requesting a consultation, sending an email, making a telephone inquiry, sending a text message, or otherwise communicating with Workers Comp Nation, does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.
An attorney-client relationship is established only after Workers Comp Nation has determined that it is willing and able to represent you and you and the applicable attorney or law firm have entered into an engagement, representation, or fee agreement as required by applicable law.
Until an attorney-client relationship has been formally established, you should not assume that Workers Comp Nation represents you or is taking action on your behalf.
Submitting information through this Site does not obligate Workers Comp Nation to investigate your claim, file documents, preserve evidence, communicate with an employer or insurance carrier, meet filing deadlines, appeal a decision, or take any other action regarding your matter.
No Legal Advice Through Website Content
The information provided through this Site is for general informational purposes only. Website content is not intended to constitute, and should not be relied upon as, legal advice regarding your specific situation. Workers’ compensation laws vary by jurisdiction and may change over time. The application of those laws depends heavily on the specific facts and circumstances of an individual claim.
You should consult a qualified attorney regarding your particular circumstances before making decisions concerning your legal rights, workers’ compensation claim, employment, medical treatment, settlement, or other legal matters.
Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a prediction, promise, or guarantee regarding the outcome of any claim or legal proceeding.
Case Evaluations and Consultations
Workers Comp Nation may offer prospective clients an opportunity to request a consultation or case evaluation. Any preliminary evaluation or discussion concerning a potential claim is based upon the information available at that time and does not constitute a guarantee that Workers Comp Nation will accept the case or that the claim will result in compensation, benefits, settlement, judgment, or any particular outcome.
Workers Comp Nation may decline representation for any lawful reason, including conflicts of interest, jurisdictional limitations, applicable deadlines, the facts or merits of a potential claim, attorney availability, or other professional considerations. You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and truthful information when requesting a consultation or communicating with Workers Comp Nation.
Filing Deadlines and Statutes of Limitation
Workers’ compensation claims and related legal proceedings may be subject to strict notice requirements, statutes of limitation, filing deadlines, appeal deadlines, and other time-sensitive requirements. Contacting Workers Comp Nation through this Site does not stop, extend, toll, or otherwise modify any applicable deadline. Unless and until Workers Comp Nation has formally agreed to represent you, you remain solely responsible for protecting your legal rights and complying with all applicable deadlines.
If you believe you may have a workers’ compensation claim or other time-sensitive legal matter, you should promptly consult with a qualified attorney.
No Guarantee of Results
Descriptions of Workers Comp Nation’s services, prior matters, case results, settlements, verdicts, testimonials, reviews, or other information appearing on the Site are not guarantees or predictions of future results. Every legal matter is different, and outcomes depend upon numerous factors, including the facts of the case, applicable law, available evidence, medical evidence, actions of opposing parties, insurers, employers, administrative agencies, courts, judges, and other circumstances beyond Workers Comp Nation’s control. Workers Comp Nation makes no representation, warranty, promise, or guarantee regarding the outcome of any particular workers’ compensation claim or legal matter.
Attorney Advertising
This Site may constitute attorney advertising under the laws and professional conduct rules applicable in certain jurisdictions. Nothing on this Site should be interpreted as a statement that Workers Comp Nation’s attorneys are certified specialists or experts in a particular field unless such designation is expressly stated and permitted by the applicable licensing authority. The hiring of an attorney is an important decision that should not be based solely upon advertisements.
Jurisdiction and Availability of Legal Services
Workers Comp Nation provides legal services only in jurisdictions where its attorneys are authorized to practice law or where representation is otherwise permitted under applicable law and professional rules. The availability of this Site in a particular jurisdiction does not constitute a representation that Workers Comp Nation or any individual attorney is authorized to practice law in that jurisdiction. Workers Comp Nation may associate with, refer matters to, or work with other attorneys or law firms when appropriate and permitted by applicable law and applicable rules of professional conduct.
Any such relationship will be handled in accordance with applicable ethical and professional requirements.
Communications and Information Submitted Through the Site
You may provide information to Workers Comp Nation through contact forms, telephone calls, email, text messages, chat features, or other communication methods. You agree that information you provide will be accurate and that you will not knowingly submit false, fraudulent, misleading, unlawful, or unauthorized information. Although Workers Comp Nation takes reasonable measures to protect information submitted through the Site, electronic communications and website transmissions may not always be secure. You should avoid submitting highly sensitive information through unsecured website forms unless specifically requested. Information submitted before an attorney-client relationship is established will be handled in accordance with applicable law, professional obligations, and our Privacy Policy, but submission of such information does not by itself create an attorney-client relationship.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites, services, resources, or platforms. Workers Comp Nation does not control and is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices, accuracy, or reliability of third-party websites or services. The inclusion of a link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement, recommendation, or affiliation. Your use of third-party websites and services is governed by the terms and policies of those third parties.
Warranties and Disclaimers
Workers Comp Nation endeavors to provide accurate and useful information through the Site. However, laws, regulations, procedures, and legal interpretations may change, and information on the Site may not reflect the most recent developments.
OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED IN THESE TERMS, WORKERS COMP NATION MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING THE SITE OR ITS CONTENT. THE SITE AND ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WORKERS COMP NATION DISCLAIMS ALL EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, RELIABILITY, AND AVAILABILITY.
Workers Comp Nation does not warrant that the Site will operate without interruption, error, security vulnerabilities, viruses, or other harmful components.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WORKERS COMP NATION AND ITS ATTORNEYS, AFFILIATES, PARTNERS, MEMBERS, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THE SITE.
THIS INCLUDES, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES ARISING FROM RELIANCE UPON GENERAL INFORMATION PRESENTED ON THE SITE, WEBSITE INTERRUPTIONS, THIRD-PARTY CONTENT, OR UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS TO WEBSITE COMMUNICATIONS.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit liability in a manner prohibited by applicable law or applicable rules governing attorneys and professional responsibility.

Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Workers Comp Nation and its affiliates, attorneys, partners, members, officers, employees, contractors, agents, and service providers from claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or relating to:
-
Your misuse of the Site;

Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles, except where another jurisdiction’s laws are required to apply. Subject to the Dispute Resolution provisions below, any proceeding not required to be resolved through arbitration shall be brought in the applicable state or federal courts located in Orange County, Florida, and the parties consent to the jurisdiction and venue of those courts to the extent permitted by law.
Dispute Resolution
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT MAY AFFECT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law and applicable rules governing the attorney-client relationship, disputes concerning your use of this Site or these Terms shall be resolved as provided in this section.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ANY DISPUTE, CLAIM, OR CONTROVERSY BETWEEN YOU AND WORKERS COMP NATION ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF THIS SITE SHALL BE RESOLVED THROUGH BINDING INDIVIDUAL ARBITRATION RATHER THAN IN COURT OR THROUGH A JURY TRIAL. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AND WORKERS COMP NATION EACH WAIVE THE RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY WITH RESPECT TO CLAIMS SUBJECT TO THIS ARBITRATION PROVISION. YOU AND WORKERS COMP NATION FURTHER AGREE, TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THAT CLAIMS SUBJECT TO THIS PROVISION MAY BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF, CLASS REPRESENTATIVE, OR CLASS MEMBER IN A PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING.
Nothing in this section is intended to require arbitration of a dispute where arbitration would be prohibited by applicable law, rules of professional conduct, or other legal requirements governing attorneys or attorney-client relationships. If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
Changes to These Terms
Workers Comp Nation may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Site, our practices, or applicable legal requirements.
When changes are made, we may update the Effective Date shown above or provide additional notice where required by law. Your continued use of the Site after revised Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of those revised Terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the agreement governing your use of the Site. If you become a client of Workers Comp Nation, your engagement, representation, or fee agreement will separately govern the attorney-client relationship. In the event of a conflict between these website Terms and an executed representation agreement concerning legal representation, the executed representation agreement will control with respect to the attorney-client relationship.
